Pros: Easy pick up and drop off. The car swap was pretty smooth.
Cons: Flat tire half way through the trip. No damage to the tire it just went flat somehow so that added about 3 hours to the trip. Road side assistance took two hours to get to us when it was estimated to be a little less than an hour (he changed it very quickly though and was very nice).
Pros: They cancelled my reservation 8 hours before I needed the car which put me in a bind. Then I had to make a reservation with another company and pay double the price. They would not reimburse me or give me any sort of reparation.
Pros: Drop off was great
Cons: Sat and waited over 20 minutes to get a vehicle during pick up
Cons: Customer service rep you walk the customer to the car or employee to help with the bags and the same teach someone how to work the new technology of the vehicle you get... since is going to be yours for fee hrs or days..... and do together a full inspection of the vehicle....
Pros: The customer service staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Cannot commend them enough.
Cons: The car had an overwhelming smokers smell. It was intense. Especially in the heat. It was horrible. Also the car's touch screen (which basically controls everything) didn't work well. It routinely would freeze and we'd have to restart the car to get it to work again.

Pros: The pick up and drop off were very easy. The car they gave me was okay, not very comfortable but good gas mileage. My drop off went great, they had an assistant to help park so I could just go to my flight at the airport.
Cons: The initial online cost estimate was misleading. My first estimate was ~70$ for one day and another 10$ for the insurance. But because I'm 24 and not 25 I was charged 130$. Which is alot higher than I expected. Being more upfront about the online estimates regarding not meeting whatever arbitrary age requirement you want to use would be appreciated.

Cons: This was a one way rental I would have liked to have dropped it off at a location closer to the town I live in instead of at the airport. Other than that I thought that the experience was very good.

Rental Associate wasn't very friendly, or helpful when picking up car. The car also did not have floor mats and it had a dent on the left front fender.
Received vehicle advertised. Vehicle was roomy and comfortable.
The customer service agent that took care of my transaction was great. He was very thorough and patient in explaining all the charges and expectations.
Didn't get to get a car because I was not on a flight
Cons: The car provided to me was filthy. I could barely see through the smeared windshield, and there wasn't a drop of washer fluid. Worse, there was a terrible scraping sound that Hertz must have known about. This car should not have been rented to anyone, certainly not at the high price that I paid. It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had.

Cons: When I picked up the car, I was told that the gas tank was full. When I got on the road, I realized that the tank was only 1/4 full. The vehicle also reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that we had to get air fresheners and all had a massive headache. The car was not clean on the outside. Inside was fine. We also had to put air in one of the tires three different times during our trip. This was not a good car rental experience.

Pros: It was Pre-booking and things went well when I needed to extend a day longer with Hertz Company.
Pros: The staff were very unfriendly and did not attempt to help us at all. They acted powerless because it was through a third party. The girl that checked us in had a sour attitude and made the start to our vacation poor. She doesn't need to be in customer service.
Cons: We accidents selected the wrong time to pick up our car and were 2 hours late. No one called us and I think that would be something beneficial so that people could try to get there as quickly as possible.

Check in / out was quick. Car had a full tank of gas,counter people were great
Cons: I was not told that I could not pay for the rental on a debit card. This rental was to pick up my children in Atlanta. Dollar refused to allow the transaction to go through forcing me to rent at the last second from another vendor at a much higher price.
Cons: My receipt when I booked was $44 and after I returned the car the price was $80

Cons: They didn't have a vehicle ready for me to pick up. I had to wait 45 minutes for a car.
Pros: Nothing. They gave away our car. Staff was rude at Mobile Airport and basically just said, "We don't have any cars." No offer to help fix this, despite the fact that they didn't hold our reservation.
Cons: 1. They could have held our reservation--we did nothing to deserve them not having a car for us. 2. They could have offered to help find another car someplace else after they gave our reservation away. 3. They could have at least act like they cared that they screwed us.

Cons: Rude employees. No cars were available at time of pick up. Left me stranded there for 30 hours until I could find a flight back home. Ruined my vacation.

Cons: Pickup took 45 minutes to get a car. I realize we are under a pandemic though. There was really only one guy checking people in and checking the cars in, so he was doing the best he could. Dropping the car off was so much easier. They had streamlined their process. It took 5 minutes.

Pros: Very friendly when I picked up the car thank you for good service
Cons: It all went good wouldn't change a thing
Pros: All of the staff that I interacted with were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Cons: Drop off was a little bit confusing because there didn't seem to be a dedicated spot for returns. There were two aisles where you could park the car instead and staff would come meet you where you parked.
Pros: The team was kind and quickly went through rental procedure.
Cons: It is very hard to find those who are in parking lot for returning vehicle, or any dents or scratches prior to leaving. A large return sign check point and perhaps a single point outside for scratch and dent concerns would be very helpful. Guys in a badly parked truck looked like other customers.

Uneventful and friendly ... just the way we like it
Pros: We picked up the car with no problem, returned it with no problem. When we got back to the (off-site) location, they drove us to the airport, and did so promptly.
Cons: No shuttle between airport & off-site location. Had to take Lyft.

Fast, great xar, great price
Pros: Chech out took 5 minutes, forgot to fill out the form. Brought it back a week later with a full tank, perfunctory check on the vehicle took 3 or 4 minutes and I was on my way with receipt.
Cons: Couldn't figure out where the gas cap filler cap release was was? Odd for the vehicle? But all my other kias have had the gas release in the same place ...
Pros: The fact that my work discount was applied at the counter during check out
Cons: That when I booked this rental through KAYAK I couldn't use my work discount so I won't be using that service again

Cons: Procedure to dropoff required asking a Hertz parking lot staff member for guidance. Simple enough to park and log info to deliver inside, but was unfamiliar when compared with larger airport facilities.

Gas tank was not full. There were sticky tape marks on outside of car doors. Otherwise, I was satisfied. The attendant at desk in Mobile alabama was very helpful and professional.
Rental pickup was easy and return was easy. Had no problem at either transaction.
Pros: Staff was courteous and quick to facilitate the rental. Pick-up and drop-off were very easy.
Cons: Avis claims to "feature a 100% smoke-free fleet" but they seem to have missed at least one vehicle. The smoke odor was terrible in our rental and made any car trip over our vacation week rather unpleasant.

Pros: They provided a new and clean car for a price that's hard to beat. Extremely fuel efficient Sentra, wife room to carry my luggage.
Pros: Everything was great until we went pick the card
Cons: The airport location could've told us that using your debt card to rent a car you would to rent the car 24hours in advance so we unable to make our trip
Cons: They charged me $15 for a chip in the windshield that was not caused by me. It's a scam and I won't ever use Thrifty again.
Make sure your clients know where cars can be dropped
Pros: I liked the car and the price. The ease of ordering was nice too.
Cons: We had one heck of a time trying to get this car dropped off. There wasn't a Thrifty in Destin Florida that was open and we were told on the phone by customer service that we could not drop off at a Dollar or Hertz only to find out that the Dollar location could easily accept a Thrifty rental. It is a great benefit for clients to be able to drop off at many locations if needed. This should be conveyed to the customer.
